BME RC Community Training
Our year-long community-level distance training for youth and adult runners ages 5 and older. Families are encouraged to participate together!
- Training sessions are once per week (most often on the weekend) during the fall/winter and twice per week during the spring/summer.
- Progressive workouts focus on endurance/base development, as well as strength and speed development. Please see our FAQs for more information about BME RC.
Our fall Green Flash Cross Country (XC ) Team is a special BME RC program (with additional membership cost) for youth AND adult runners ages 5 and older.
